Council has already locked in a permanent 5% property tax hike for the PAC and Multiplex.

Soon they will ask for another 5.45% for a new RCMP building.

That’s 10.45% in PERMANENT tax increases—

OVER AND ABOVE any yearly property tax tax increases, such as the 2026 provisional 10.76%.
