In October of 2024, KCU co-organizer Kathrine Blair-Wunderlich stepped up to speak on behalf of concerned residents in her community—using the tools available to every resident to hold municipal government accountable.

That’s integrity—something residents should be seeing from City Hall as well.

Kathrine supports the arts—but believes fiscal responsibility and transparency must come first when spending taxpayer dollars.

The attached emails show Kathrine asking for a breakdown of the City’s recent claims of approximately $12 million in “delay costs” attributed to her AAP court challenge.

A reasonable request—met with the same silence residents have come to expect from current City Council members.

The court case lasted four months, ending in February 2025.

PAC construction didn’t begin until the fall, and the Multiplex was still in the planning stages.

The timeline doesn't add up.
